Airport wasn't very busy when we got there, however when a few flights landed and we went to the border control, the staff seem to be panicking due to EES system problems and unable to answer simple questions like 'where does the queue start'? .. Ultimately one guy turned up shouting and moved things along and managed the queue, overall it took 30 minutes to clear immigration not bad considering the new biometric registrations are in place. There is a lot of construction work going on and the airport is huge so prepare to get here in advance.

Great service. Runs quite frequently from and to the city centre. (10-15 minutes, 24/7) Ride takes around 30-35 minutes. I would recommend to reach it at the first stop, otherwise you might need to travel standing. Important: there are 2 buses, one is going to Terminal 1, the other is to Terminal 2. (Double-check which is your terminal!)

I took the bus in Tarragona. I had booked the seat online with no problem. The bus left and arrived at Terminal 2 on time and the driver was friendly, the journey smooth and comfortable.

If I could have given 0, I would have. I showed the agent my European Union disability priority card, and he still refused to let me use the priority passage, even though that is exactly what the card is for. Because of this, I had to wait standing for a long time. Then, since I was not among the first passengers allowed to board, I had no seat available and had to travel standing the entire way. I am currently undergoing cancer treatment, and during the trip I was vomiting and feeling extremely unwell. This entire situation could have been avoided if the agent had simply respected my rights and shown basic humanity and professionalism.
