BEWARE!! We were guided to a taxi, one of many from this company and the driver told us the flat rate to our destination was 45 euros. Our host who lives here in Barcelona told us it would be between 30-35 euros. After a 10 hour flight we did not argue. He did not turn on meter. Meanwhile our friends leaving the airport in another taxi from same company got in a car going to exact same location an hour later in which that taxi driver turned meter on. Driver dropped us off downtown Barcelona saying the hotel was across the street. We didn't see it but he said it was because of construction. We had to walk 25 minutes to our hotel with our luggage.

Jerk hung up the phone after I called him out for over charging me. The meter clearly woukd have been 12 and he's like 20 - 26 I'm like that's not what the meter would be and he hung up. 0 stars.
