A bunch of clowns. I called twice to get a taxi and they kept insisting i should not call in advance, then when I called third time to book they told me that day they were "very busy" and I had to wait more than normal. had to calncel the taxi after 1 hour and 40 minutes wait.

Horrible service. Booked a taxi an evening before for a 08:45 next day pick up. No taxi came, we phoned twice and they said the taxi was on the way. Got a taxi phone call after THREE hours?! And I speak Spanish. This company deserves to be dragged to court or receive a huge fine. Stay away as much as you can. Walk instead.

When I texted their advertised WhatsApp number to book a taxi and get a quote, I was blanked. When I followed up expressing my disappointment with not getting a response, I received a response 2 minutes later telling me they weren’t interested in my opinion. Useless. Avoid this area if you plan to rely on taxis.

It is not possible to reserve a taxi in advance. It is also not possible for them to order a taxi at the last minute. It is also impossible for the company to tell you how long the wait for a taxi will be. The operator is unhelpful, unwilling to try to solve any issues. You order a taxi but have no idea when it might arrive. You are better off taking a bus or walking.

They don't even deserve one start. Either you speak english, spanish or catalan, they will just hang up the phone whenever they please. I don't know about the taxi driver because it never came.
