1 star service. As a long-standing customer of Suntransfers, this review is particularly disappointing to write. For this trip, I paid for a premium minivan. What arrived was an old, heavily worn vehicle with significant external damage that bore little resemblance to what most customers would reasonably expect from a premium service. The air conditioning was also not functioning properly despite temperatures exceeding 30°C, making the journey extremely uncomfortable for the entire family. The situation deteriorated further when the driver advised that he needed fuel but was unable to obtain authorisation from his manager. We were then delayed at a petrol station for approximately 20 min

**Review:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Airport Transfer Service! I recently used this airport transfer service and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The driver, **Danny-de-Borg**, was professional, friendly, and made the whole journey very pleasant. He was waiting for me right on time with a clean and comfortable car. The ride was smooth and safe, with excellent driving and good conversation when I felt like chatting. Everything went perfectly from pickup to drop-off, and I arrived at my destination relaxed and stress-free. I highly recommend this service to anyone needing a reliable airport transfer. Danny-de-Borg is a great driver — 5 stars without hesitation! Thank you again for the ex

We had an excellent experience with SunTransfers from start to finish. The service was punctual, reliable, and highly professional. We would especially like to recognize our driver, Ferjani, who provided outstanding customer service. He was extremely professional, friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on his face. He went above and beyond to help us with our luggage, which was especially appreciated since we were traveling with several heavy bags. Ferjani made our journey comfortable, stress-free, and enjoyable. His professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude truly made a difference. We highly recommend SunTransfers, and if you have the opportunity, we hope you get Ferjani as yo

This was one of two companies recommended by Google and am I glad that I listened. They did exactly what they were supposed to do and came when they said they would. I had a really short amount of time to get to the airport, so I needed reliability. I was fortunate enough to disembark from my cruise ship early and I was easily able to contact the driver on WhatsApp. The driver was able to arrive early and I arrived at the airport at the time I should’ve picked up my Taxi. I was so delighted with this. Most importantly for me, as a solo traveller, having the car details with and my name displayed prior to collection is reassuring.

An absolutely dreadful experience and completely unprofessional service! We used Suntransfers for our holiday in Ibiza, and we were treated with a total lack of respect and carelessness both upon arrival and departure. On our arrival transfer to the hotel (Booking reference: suntr_w02103), the driver refused to drop us off in front of the reception. He abandoned us on the street, 300 meters away, falsely claiming that the Ibiza municipality bans minibus access to that area. This was a blatant lie: I have clear photographic evidence showing other companies, with identical minibuses, stopping right at our hotel door without any issues! We were forced to drag our own luggage all that distance du
