I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. The driver added the maximum surcharge instead of the actual amount of the taxameter on the app and then did not provide a receipt. When I contacted FREE NOW, customer support did nothing to resolve the issue. They absolutely tolerate such behaviours from their drivers. If you value transparent pricing and helpful customer service, I'd recommend using Cabify instead. In my experience, their prices are clear, and the service is much more reliable.

First time user for Freenow. Satisfied!! The car was so clean and comfortable. Heve not let down except Cruise Terminal. The driver was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable about locations. Highly recommend this services for other users.

I have used Freenow by Lyft here in Barcelona. I live in the USA. All of my trips have been outstanding! Because my husband was admitted into hospital on emergency, I have had to travel to/from hotel. The application is so easy to use.

Tourists beware. Hotel booked taxi for a 7:45am pick up. Driver took 1hr and 45mins to drive from Hotel Jazz to BCN Airport. Driver repeatedly disregarded the navigation for a shorter route and kept us in traffic. We were absolutely scammed and the trip was 75 euros. Hotel told us even with traffic the trip shouldn’t be no more than 30-35mins.

Great app and taxis everywhere, so easy to get about Barcelona. The prices seem reasonable considering the busyness and stressful driving conditions. On a red hot day, a quick air conditioned taxi ride is well worth it..
