What data we collect and why

When you fill in the form we collect your name, email, phone (optional) and the details of your ride (date and time, pickup, destination, number of passengers, luggage and special needs). We use them only to handle your booking and pass it to the taxi or private driver companies that can do the ride.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Article 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.

Who receives it

The form runs on Tally (Tally BV, Belgium, inside the EU), which processes the data on our behalf. Your booking is shared only with the companies we pass it to so they can do the ride. Your data is never sold.

How long it is kept

For as long as needed to handle your booking and at most 2 years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability through the form, writing "GDPR rights" in the message. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es) or the Catalan one (apdcat.gencat.cat).

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Analytics are cookieless (Cloudflare Web Analytics). The Tally form may use the technical cookies it needs to work.
