Good vehicles adapted to special needs. Very kind driver. Special remark, because I lost my wallet in the car, and when they found it, they brought it in person to my home address. Amazing people.

Worst experience with taxi company I ever had. They let me wait 2 hours at the airport and still didn't come. I had asked for an adapted taxi. Before my reservation they told me I had to call them when I arrived at Barcelona. Emailed, whatsapp and phoned them but either they didn't respond or they hang up the phone cause they don't speak English. Really terrible service.

Taxi drivers outside Hilton Diagonal forced into a cramped cab with 6 bags I stead of letting us take a van taxi. Your service sucks and lacks common sense when it comes to luggage and people. Thanks for the cramped ride cause your driver's lack common sense
