I have used this taxi 2 times. Every time I called it from my German number. They put my phone number and name in the system and the next time they had it. Now 3rd time I called and I've been told that they cannot send me a car because I don't have a Spanish phone number. :O I explained that I used this company's services before, from this same number. Still NO. Apparently the colleagues must have done me a favour by accepting to send a car called by a foreign number. Now the only way for me to book is via app - which I said repeatedly that I don't have and don't have space in my phone for it (didn't mention that I'm against having hundreds of apps from every single provider of anything). A very reliable taxi company and a lovely taxi driver. We called the night before requesting a taxi to the airport for 3am and another from the same location at 11am due to differing departure times. As a single female passenger, I was a bit anxious to leave so early in the morning alone so I was keen to find a taxi service with lots of good reviews. I shouldn’t have worried too much—the driver I was sent was so kind and reassuring, and got me to the airport safe and sound.

Friendly taxidrivers, we had 5 different drivers in 2 days. They are not very expensive, it is worth it to save time and energy and take a taxi instead of walking in Barcelona. In some taxis, you might smell they have been smoking, that was the only negative point.

This is a good taxi service! We we're in the centre of Barcelona and had to go to the airport asap. I called them and they picked me up within 5 to 8 minutes. Very satisfied! The taxi driver (Dani) was very friendly and brought us on time to the airport for around €33 I believed. Very very satisfied! Thank you taxi Ecològic!

I've used this service a few times and have generally been very satisfied but was surprised today to be charged a 10 EURO MINIMUM CHARGE for a 12 min trip from La Sagrera to Sagrada Familia even though the meter read 8 euros 45. There's a 10 EURO MINIMUM CHARGE if you call rather than hail on the street, just so everyone who reads this knows. It was news to me. *They did not tell me when I booked by phone. They'll only give you a receipt for the meter charge though, not the 10 euros so good luck claiming on expenses! **In the reply they say "there are sometimes bugs", personally I think the driver kept the difference... it's never acceptable to charge one price and give a receipt for a lower
