★★★★★
Just called this taxi service as I only need a short distance taxi and would normally walk but have a serious back injury so couldn’t. The guy on the phone was so rude and hung up on me as soon as I said I couldn’t hear him well due to connection. Absolutely rude and terrible attitude to have as a business. SORRY for inconveniencing you at your actual job. What a joke.

Worst taxi service ever!!! Highly unrecommended!!! Booked in advance and also called to confirm were I was waiting for them (the taxi point at the station… it’s supposed to be easy). They never passed, didn’t call to say they were busy and they stopped answering the phone 15 minutes after the time they were due to arrive.

Organised the taxi for 12 noon, waited, called at 12:10, they didn't answer, called more three times no answer. By 1230 called from my wife's number and they answered. When realised it was me, said I had never called them.
