I was in hurry and wanted to reach office on time. I contacted them and they sent me a taxi within 5 minutes and I made it on time. Amazing service. Certainy I will avail it in future whenever I need.

I do not recommend this service. I needed to get to the airport, so I made an online reservation. Nobody came, so I contacted the company through WhatsApp. They told me they would arrange a taxi within 10 minutes, which meant there hadn't been a taxi assigned to me in the first place. When I asked why, they said the driver had cancelled at the last minute, but nobody had informed me. When I asked why I hadn't been notified, they stopped replying. After another 10 minutes of waiting, no taxi arrived. Again. So I ended up taking a different taxi. In my opinion, this was completely irresponsible. As for their "guarantee"—it was nowhere to be seen.
