I had a 5:35am pickup in Sitges to airport - with 3 kids, luggage. Online reservation was easy - and price was fair (cheaper than Cabify and included tolls) Driver arrived on time - was courteous and helped with luggage. I recommend using this local service.

Just trying to get a taxi a short distance and quoted €15. This would cost £5 in the uk! If you want to go to the airport use Sun Transfer they're much better

This was a horrible experience. Booked a transfer from the airport to our accommodations that never showed up. After calling, we realized they were incredibly difficult to get ahold of. After multiple calls, they finally located our reservation after the second call, and then told us that the payment hadn’t gone through (which it had). Instead of contacting us, they had simply decided to not show up. Didn’t bother canceling our reservation on their abstract online portal either. We had 4 more taxi trips scheduled with them via their online portal; needless to say we won’t be trusting them to bother showing up for those either.

This monday at around 18h I had to call a taxi, only to do 1 km, because my dog had an accident and couldn't walk. I said it on the phone that I was with a dog and the taxi driver complained about the size of the dog (see the picture of her). It was 2 minutes drive for 1 km, from passeig maritim 21 to hotel terramar (i had my car parked there). He made me pay 10 euro. I find this is like stealing and I don't wish anything good to people who work like this. Wish you illumination instead, and to be more fair with the money. Thank you

Pre booked taxi didn't appear to take us to a wedding. Over 45 minutes our hotel reception kindly made many attempts to follow up, but kept being given ETAs that never came true. This caused a great deal of stress. Do not use this company for any important or time sensitive event.
