★★★★☆ 4/5 stars We booked SiliconDrop in advance for our transfer from the cruise port, knowing it would be extremely busy. Unfortunately, we waited 30–40 minutes for our driver to arrive, followed by another 5–10 minutes trying to find each other. The instructions simply said to meet “outside the terminal,” which wasn't particularly helpful given the crowds and multiple exits. For a company specializing in port transfers, I would expect better planning for traffic, ship arrivals, and clearer pickup instructions. It was especially frustrating watching passengers who hadn't prebooked leave in regular taxis before us...and other meet and greet services standing at the exit when we arrived. T
