I reserved a large taxi to pick up my family in downtown Barcelona on a very hot afternoon. The group included two 6 month old babies so we needed two car seats. The reservation was made the day before and I received an email stating it was confirmed and that if I wouldn't find the driver I could call an emergency number for help. The taxi did not arrive at the designated hour and when I called the number I was told (by a very rude lady) that I had only gotten confirmation that the booking was made, not that a car was available to pick us up. Nowhere in the "booking confirmation" that I received did it say that the taxi was not confirmed for pickup, and nobody communicated this to me after I

The worst company I have ever dealt with. We were late to the airport with an infant who is 8 months old. After ordering a taxi by phone, the taxi driver called me and said that he would be in 9 minutes. After we waited on the street with suitcases and a child in our arms for about 20 minutes, we got an SMS from the driver that the road was closed and he would not come. I suggested that we go to the place that suits him so that he could pick us up, he refused to go. We were very disappointed as we were with baby and were late for the airport. We got to the airport but with another taxi company. Would not recommend trusting this company at all.

Booked a taxi ride to Barcelona airport via the website a day in advance and then received confirmation of my reservation. When no taxi arrived the next morning, I called the 24-hour hotline which only after several attempts got answered. When it was clear that I didn't speak Spanish, they hung up on me. Absolutely not recommended! Very unreliable and unfriendly! In the end, I had to find a new taxi company.
