Needed to be picked up at Barcelona airport to drive us to an apartment within the city centre, and a normal barcelona taxi picked us up without a baby seat… he explained that a baby seat is not necessary for travel within Barcelona city limits, which is true. However, this is not safe at all even though it is acceptable by law. He also explained that no other driver wanted to pick us up probably because we required a baby seat. He understood that we were irritated and paid us back the money for the baby seat service we did not get it. In th

I booked with Taxxilo for pick-up from Barcelona airport and a return trip after our holiday stay. I paid for the top service (driver to meet us in the airport and the top line vehicles). On both occassions the drivers were late by 20-35 mins. After a long flight from the US this is unacceptable. The drivers were nice though.
