I was with my family a few days ago and I rode with a couple of different drivers. Almost everyone except one stole us. As I lost my passport and drove to the police, the bill on the taximeter was 8.5€, he added a 4.5€ tax and I knew right away that he stole from me, but I didn't have time to argue with him. When I finished with the police, I was supposed to go to the hotel, the driver of this company took me to the hotel, the bill was €7, I gave him €20 and told him to charge €8. He gave me back €2, and I forgot to wait for another €10 as I was in trouble, and he pretended to be crazy. I've been coming 3 times already, and 10 years ago the same story with this company. we had a flight early

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Although the service was alright, I had lost my phone in the taxi. While I do admit my fault, I called the company several times and a kind driver was willing to ask his colleagues if they had spotted a phone. I am positive it was in the taxi and no one responded to his message. That shows complete dishonesty and unprofessionalism. The driver was a Moroccan man who drove a small Toyota. Although it was my fault as well, the driver could’ve been honest and returned the phone. Always watch ur belongings and if you lose something, there is no hope of getting it back.
