What should you ask before you book?

A transfer of this length has more moving parts than a city ride. Ask whether the price is the meter or a fixed amount, and if fixed, whether it includes tolls both ways, a wait of up to an hour if your flight is late, and the airport supplement.

Ask for the price in writing, and ask the driver which route they plan to take. Say how many bags you carry and how many people travel, since a standard car and a people carrier are not the same. If you travel with a child, ask about child seats when you book. If someone uses a wheelchair, ask for an adapted taxi in advance.
